Submissions
All undergraduate students of Shippensburg University are welcome to submit their work. Send your submissions to reflect@ship.edu.
We are open for submissions during the Fall semester between August and November. Submissions are currently open!
Our deadline is November 26th at 11:59pm.
All submissions should be accompanied by a Cover Letter or email inclusion that shares the following information:

Name

Email
-
Genre (i.e. prose, poetry, art)
Prose, Fiction, and Non-Fiction Submissions
-
Format double spaced, 12 point, Times New Roman font
-
Numbered pages
-
Maximum page length of 10 pages (may be an excerpt from a larger piece)
Poetry Submissions:
-
No rigid limits on length are set
-
No epics
Art Submissions:
-
High resolution
-
JPEG format
-
Can be anything! (Sculpture, painting, etc.)
